For example this time, the designer Erik Borg managed to create a garbage collection tool. This design is inspired by the squid, the satellite using lateral fins maneuver through the water, collecting plastic and other garbage. After the garbage is collected,
the unit navigate back to the base where it's stored and sorted for recycling. Oceanic Cleaning System uses solar power and automatic satellite unit to locate and capture particles of plastic and man-made trash. And the designers hope this can help preserve wildlife and the environment.
